This survey marker is placed by the New York State, Department of Transporation. It is stamped "DOT 1992" on it. It is set in the NW abutment of the Rt. 219 bridge over Great Valley Creek.

The mark is in decent condition. At this time there are multiple circular divots in the mark - that seem to have been done to remove a previous stamp (above the stamped 1992 looks to be the remnants of the word "Reset").
