This benchmark is a reset of T 386 (PID=NC0218) that is located west of Ellicottville, New York along Rt. 219. The mark is set in the SW corner of a concrete culvert.

The reset mark is listed as being set in 1995 - which is a year after last being recovered according to the data sheet.

The reset marker is in good condition, and is easily located. I've listed the original mark (now considered destroyed) below.
