This beautiful spring, nicknamed 'The Grotto' is located in Point Pleasant Park in Halifax, NS, Canada. This spring is off the path a bit, and kinda tucked out of the way. With a good eye, or a GPS, you should have no trouble finding it. Whether you go there alone, or with others, you will have to take a few minutes to simply enjoy this little natural treasure.
The placement of stones suggest during days gone by, people used this spring for drinking water. Today however it seems pet dogs are the biggest users. :-)
The park is very beautiful and home to many historic POIs, some that I have documented on waymarking.com. I suggest planning a couple hours to enjoy all the park.
