Kunovice is a town in the Uherské Hradište District, Zlín Region, Czech Republic. Kunovice is quite significant to Czech aviation history as it is the home to the LET Kunovice aircraft company. At the airport is a small but quite interesting air museum with both military and civil aircraft on display.
The Aircraft Museum in Kunovice exhibits about 25 military aircrafts, airliners and sports aircrafts among which more than a half was manufactured in the local company Aircraft Industries (
visit link) . Aircraft Industries operating as Let Kunovice, is a Czech (formerly Czechoslovak) civil aircraft manufacturer. Its most successful model has been the L-410 Turbolet (
visit link) , of which more than 1000 units have been built.
This collection of aircraft traces the history of production in the east of Moravia and the looks at the equipment used by the Czechoslovak air force.
You can also buy a tickets for sightseeing flights, balloon flights and tandem parachute jumps here at the museum.

Kunovice je mesto v okrese Uherské Hradište. Kunovice mají významné místo v ceské historii letectví. Ve meste sídlí spolecnost LET Kunovice s dlouholetou historii pri stavbe letadel. Je zde také zajímavé letecké muzeum s ukázkou vojenských i civilní letadel.
Letecké muzeum v Kunovicích predvádí asi 25 vojenských, dopravních a sportovních letadel, mezi kterými bylo více než polovina vyrobených v místní továrne Aircraft Industries, a.s. Aircraft Industries dríve známá jako LET Kunovice, je ceský (dríve ceskoslovenský) civilní výrobce letadel. Jeho nejúspešnejší model byl L-410 Turbolet (), kterých bylo vyrobeno více než 1000 kusu.
Tato sbírka letadel mapuje historii výroby na východe Moravy a predstavuje i nekterá další zarízení používané v ceskoslovenském letectvu.
V muzeu je možno také koupit lístky na vyhlídkové lety, lety balónem a tandemové seskoky padákem.
