This burying ground claims to have been "set aside by Abram Johnston c. 1823", however Abram's first and second wife and Abram himself seem to be the only internments here. Park at the Shadow Pines Golf Course while paying your respects.

Abram Johnstone's first wife, Jane, died in 1826 at age 68. His second wife, Betsy, died in 1828 at age 65. Abram himself, a Revolutionary War veteran, died in 1830 at age 76.

The sign can be viewed from Whalen Road. Shadow Pines Golf Course entrance is immediately south of the cemetery on the west side of Whalen Road.
