The plaque is mounted on the wall of gardening and pet supplies store and it reads:

1931-1969
Prievidzsky rodak, zakladatel ilegalneho skautingu "Zlaty Orol" v rokoch 1948-1956. Bol pronasledovany a vazneny komunistickym rezimom. Muz odvahy, statocnosti a oddanosti idealom skautingu.
