The Harris House at 1023 7th Street was built circa 1900. The house is in a Colonial Revival style. It has intersecting gable roof with each in a gambrel shape. The house as a porch supported by posts and above is a fan shaped window.

The house is in very good condition and continues to serve as a private residence.
