This super weathervane sits on a
building at the Battle of Britain memorial at Capel le Ferne, Kent. It shows a
silhouetted Kent, depicted by a church, houses and a Oast House, which in turn
have barrage balloons above it. Above the 'skyline' is a German Luftwaffe JU 87
'Stuka' dive bomber being pursued by a R.A.F Hawker Hurricane and a Supermarine
Spitfire beneath a golden sun.
