G F Rhode Construction - Triple-Quonset - Boston, MA - Quonset Huts on Waymarking.com

In Boston's Hyde Park section is a Quonset type hut along Hyde Park Avenue, in an industrial area.

From Hyde Park center, the hut will be on the left, after My Grandma's Coffeecake bakery, and before you reach Readville.

The hut is made of corrugated steel and has three distinct humps, all aligned at the ends. There are two door entrances, with a concrete staircase to them, and two garage doors. There are windows at the main floor, and small windows on the second. The center windows have an awning with the name of the firm, G F Rhodes Construction.

The structure is in good condition. Close inspection of the roof shows some corrosion, patching and repainting.
