The University Methodist church was built between 1921 and 1930. The two-story building is in a Romanesque Revival style. The building is construct of tan brick over a woodframe, it features round headed stained glass windows.
After serving as a Methodist Church it became a Christian Science Church. Later it served as the City Recreation and Arts Center, now the building serves as offices for an engineering firm.
