The Ward Block also known as the Boyce Hotel was built in 1883. The building is in an Italianate style. The two story building is constructed of sandstone, ashlar stone on the facade and rubble stone for the side walls. The building features stone piers and cast iron columns. The first floor has received stucco in more recent years.
The building appears to be in good condition, its current use is not apparent however it appears it may be residential apartments.
