The time capsule is on the outer part of the island. It's by the administration part of the prison and the lighthouse. The time capsule is a cement slab that's been engraved. It reads:
"Time Box. May 3, 1973. Open May 3, 2073. Steven _ogue.... years on Alcatraz."
