My 8-year-old introduced me to this store, at 1751 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14610. After I told him I could afford to buy him game pieces for his Skylanders game.

Video games (new and used) are more complicated than they used to be. They include manipulatives as well as game cartridges. WWii, for example needs wands, nunchucks, etc. Skylanders has a "portal" and phyiscal figures that tell the software what character to project.
