Long Description:

Water tower is a 35 meters high and top of the tower is 192,5 meters above sea level. Water tower holds 1000 cubic meters of water.

The tower is also a astronomical observatory. The Astronomical Association Lahden Ursa ry was founded on november 7th 1948.

Observatory is mainly open publicly through November - March every month first friday evening 7pm - 9pm. Fee is 3 EUR/adult and 2 EUR/child
