Substantial pair of heavy iron gates decorated with brightly painted large motifs featuring chevrons & cherubs, probally associated with the Marquess of Bute, who used to own the land that City hall was built on in 1905. The building was formally opened by the Marquess of Bute in October 1906.
The City Hall in Cardiff, is located in the Civic Centre of Cardiff, the Capitol of Wales.
