This archway is located in Chinatown and dedicated to early Chinese labourers, railway workers and pioneers. The Arch was officially opened on September 12th 2009 and the people at the ceremony included Toronto Mayor David Miller and NDP party leader Jack Layton. Several materials including the stone lions were donated by the government of China.
