The Veeder Carriage House at the southwest corner of Valencia and Hot Springs was built between 1902 and 1908. The building is in a Tudor Revival style. The 1 1/2 story building is constructed of brick walls with an intersection gable roof. The roof has pressed metal shingles on a portion of it and more modern metal on the remainder. The gable ends have exposed half timbering.

The building is in very good condition and is now a private residence.
