In Canyon View Park in Provo Canyon, the Utah County Parks department have placed 9 signs in a small pavilion. 6 panels deal with Utah County parks, but 3 of them deal specifically with fauna in the area. The first is titled "Fishing the Provo River" and talks about fly-fishing and trout populations. The second is called "Mountain Goats of Provo Canyon". It tells of how a group of 8 mountain goats transplanted from Washington have become a strong population in the area. The last is called "Provo River: Wildlife" which tells of 100s of bird species and other creatures you might find in the area.
