This mural is on an end wall of s supporting structure for the railway tracks that pass overhead. It is at the western end of Clink Street that is famous for the prison that used to exist in this area and the Clink museum that is at the other end of the bridge.
It's hard to determine what the mural is showing. At first glance it look a little like a rocket ship from comics of the 50s and 60s flying towards the top right from bottom left. Looking again, it appears to be a soda siphon. The bottom of the siphon is bottom left and the nozzle is top and centre with the activating lever hanging down from the red cap on the right side of the image. The bottom centre image looks alike a retro coffee percolator with the lid partially raised showing the inside. The item in the centre of the image also looks like something from back in the 60s. It was a device that clipped onto a top pocket of a coat and the two rings held pens or pencils. See these images to get an idea of the objects:

The image is about two metres square and has faded and deteriorated over the few year it has been here. There is some evidence of third party graffiti having been applied but cleaned of.
This mural is one of several pieces of street art in this area. They were created in conjunction with the Tate Modern.
A photo of the mural in pristine condition can be seen here.
