Zalezlice is a village and municipality in Melník District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
In August 2002 the whole village Zalezlice was flooded by Vltava and Labe river.
The floods, which surpassed in size all the floods in the Czech Republic, which are kept historical records. 504 villages were flooded, a thousand homes and 73 bridges was destroyed and 220,000 people was evacuated. Prague was witnessed five hundred years flood.
