Described by Coast and Geodetic Survey 1962.
15.3 miles east from Coalville.
15.3 miles east along State Highway 133 from the court house at Coalville, in the top of the northwest end of the northeast concrete curb of bridge 15.1 over Chalk Creek, 12 feet northeast of the center line of the highway, and about level with the highway.
Condition: Mark found in poor condition
