I don't know how many cobblestone buildings were built in Ontario County, but this particular one has been repurposed in an area where few of the original homestead remain in this heavily commercialized area.

If it were Monroe County, I could count this among one of the 30 that are known to still exist. But this is just across the county line into Ontario County, and I don't know how many cobblestones remain in that county.

This particular one has a very symmetric five bay front, made with the larger quoins, an only 3 rows of cobblestones per quoin, so I'm guessing that means they qualify as large cobblestones (3+ inches). The fenistration is beautifully symmetric, with 4x5 double hung windows on the second floor, 4x3 over a single pane on the first floor. A federal style front porch is mostly just for show. It has fan shaped detail in the gables. The first floor remains cobbled on the first floor of one side of what was probably an addition, given that the roof line goes in another direction.

I'm checking that tours are available only because it serves as a Starbucks coffee shop, and can be seen from the inside. I don't know that a visitor will be able to see any original interior treatments or the upstairs.
