The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is a historic Catholic Church in downtown Fort Wayne, IN. It sits in the block between Jefferson Blvd, Clinton St, Calhoun St, and Lewis St.

The church is the oldest continually used building in all of Fort Wayne, not just church building. It was built in 1859-1860 on the site of the original Catholic church in the city, St. Augustine's. It was first organized in 1836.
