The Tall Ships Landing project has been fiercely debated and has been a polarizing topic in Brockville for a long time now. One side states that the project will bring in a lot of needed tourist dollars, the other states that the project will cost the town millions that they won't recoup for years. The essence of the news article was that there exists regulations on signage for the waterfront and the Tall Ships Landing got their signage approved without going through the usual channels. The debate continues to rage on and those opposed to the project feel that local government continues to bow to the demands of the project. I'm sure this won't be the last of it. Oh yes and in the pic, you'll see the new signage.
Cheers
