The Demarais House - Parish Hall at 1810 East Plaza was built prior to 1882. The building is a Territorial/Southwest vernacular style constructed of adobe which has been by stucco. The undulating parapet was added in the 1930s as a picturesque folk addition.

The building appears to be in good condition and continues to serve the church as their parish hall.
