The Rosenwald Building at 205 South Plaza was built 1908-13 in what is described as a World's Fair Classic style. The building is a one story brick building with sandstone accents. The building has an arch parapet over the entrance. The building features a metal dentile cornice.

The building is in rough condition and is currently vacant.
