Finn Family Moomintroll subtitled Hats Off To The Adventures Of Spring is the first work by Tove Jansson to be acquired by the Agawam Public Library. Thus, the 35,000 residents of Agawam can now discover the Moomins and learn of their advntures in Moomin Valley.
The book is translated by Elizabeth Portch and has seven chapters featuring the following characters: Moomintroll, Moominmamma, Moominpappa, Sniff, Snufkin, the Groke, the Muskrat, Thingumy and Bob, the Snork Maiden, Hemulen, Misabel, the Hobglobin, Too-ticky and Little My.
