In addition to a large cast concrete plaque which gives the date of construction, another block containing just the year is also incorporated into a pilaster of the building.
Very little information is aavailable regarding this building, but like most early LDS Meetinghouses or Chapels it was built to last. And like many of its contemporaries, it has been sold to outside interests. Although it is currently vacant for a number of years it housed a firm of local architects.
