This place is brand new! There is a monument here that is located in the parking lot of the Fairhaven Memorial Services in Mission Viejo. The eagle is siting on a branch of a tree and is about to fly away. This new monument was built in 2011 when the center first open. The monument says, "In memory of all who served our Country with honor and sacrifice to defend our freedom and our liberty."
