The Louis Ilfeld Building at 220 North Plaza was built in 1921. The building is a one story brick front building with a stepped parapet rooflilne. The door has an arch transom.

It was originally built as a law office for Louis Ilfeld, son of Charles Ilfeld, he served as the lawyer for his fathers mercantile company located next door.

The building is in very good condition and serves as the sales office for the plaza hotel.
