The Montoya Building at 204-208 North Plaza was built 1902-18 on the site of the home Miguel Romero Y Baca, the founder of Las Vegas. The building has a pressed metal cornice and was modified circa 1925 to southwest vernacular style with an undulating parapet. The building was remodeled circa 1960 when brick piers were added around original pilasters.

The building is in good condition and now is a Christian store.
