A memorial sculpture-fountain dedicated to Mr. Ronald L. Hemmelgarn is located at the eastern entrance to the Riverbend Health Maintenance Organization complex at 444 Montgomery Street in Chicopee. Mr. Hemmelgarn served as the Regional Executive Director of Medical West (now Riverbend), Health Maintenance Organization.

An abstract sculpture, Las Tres, by Brooke Lynes greets all that enter this busy entrance to Riverbend. Three tapered polished metal legs rise out of a small stream fed pond, The legs form graceful loops near the tip. Three streams of water flow from the top and back into the pond.
