Long Description:
A water tower decorated "Winter Garden" located on the outskirts of town at the water treatment works. Winter Garden City, Central Florida.

"Winter Garden is a city located 14 miles west of downtown Orlando in western Orange County, Florida. It is part of the Orlando–Kissimmee Metropolitan Statistical Area. Winter Garden's population is currently over 30,000."
