This memorial complex is made up of flagpoles for the display of the colors of each branch of service (and the American Flag of course), a dedication affixed to a stone, a static artillary display, and a gazebo containing the Honor Roll.

The Honor Roll contains the names of all the veterans from the local area. It can be viewed and contemplated from inside the gazebo no matter what the weather conditions. There is a plaque for each service member, arranged alphabetically by military engagement. There is a dedication plaque (text listed below).
