Addtional Information: Traces of the Old Spanish Trail can still be seen in aerial photographs of this immediate area. A painted sign with almost identical wording and a directional arrow is 1/2 mile northeast of this sign, on the south side of Utah Highway 56 just east of the junction with 600 East.
