This free standing, 4 dial Rotary International town clock is located in Naval Training Center Park at Liberty Station. Locals will remember this area as the former Marine Corps Training Depot.

This clock is 16ft tall with a cast aluminum post. The top is a square head with 4 dials. The dials are analog with Roman numerals and Rotary International logo. The dials are backlit at night. The clock is radio controled to keep correct time. There are 4 solar panels on top of the clock. The clock was manufactured by The Rock Island Street Clock Company of Rock Island, Ill.
The dedication plaque reads: "POINT LOMA ROTARY CLOCK
IN MEMORY OF JAMES M. DAVIS
OCTOBER 19, 1914 - OCTOBER 10, 2008
'SERVICE ABOVE SELF'
DONATED BY THE ROTARY CLUB OF PT. LOMA AND THE HERVEY FUND AT THE SAN DIEGO FOUNDATION."
