This is a two-story brick building constructed in 1910 in the Commercial/Late Victorian style. It is currently vacant.
The upper floor has two sets of paired double hung windows with slip sills and soldier brick lintels. A soldier brick belt course runs between the first and second floors and above the second level windows. Pilasters at the side of the facade leave the second level slightly recessed. The parapet wall has two brick recessed panels formed by header bricks. Above these, a belt course of basket-weave brick, and rows of header and stretcher bricks, and a dentil course add style of the building.
The angled, recessed tiled entry is to the left, with a single aluminum and glass entry door and a covered transom. The clerestories are extant but are covered. The display windows to the right of the door have metal kick plates. Above the storefront is a curved canopy.
This building is Item 67 on the District nomination.
