This is a two-story gold-colored brick building, constructed in 1906 in the Commercial/Late Victorian style. It is currently vacant.
The second level has three bays. The outer bays have a single fixed-pane window, with the center bay having a set of two metal-framed, fixed-pane windows. All windows have stone sills. The lintels are formed with angled brick. Above each window unit is a keystone and a set of wedged voussiors. The parapet area has stepped brick pilasters, creating three recessed panels.
The storefront has an angled, recessed entry consisting of a single aluminum and glass door with a sidelight on the left and an overlight. Large display windows flank the entrance and have blue tile kick plates. The entry is also tiled. The cloth awning has been removed, leaving the metal skeleton.
This building is Item 59 on the District nomination.
