This is a two-story light brick building in the Commercial style, constructed in 1935 and renovated in 1999. It is currently occupied by Harrigan Family Chiropractic and a fitness center.
The second floor has four very large window units. Each unit has a centered fixed wood-framed pane, with double hung windows to the sides, and a row of four square windows above. The wood is painted brown against the light colored brick. The sills are stone. Above the windows and at the parapet wall bands of wood or Masonite have been affixed and painted brown.
The ground floor has a metal door on the left leading to the second level. The first floor storefront has an angled entry with two aluminum and glass doors off-centered to the right. This entry has a sidelight and overlight, with display windows to each side. Brick kick plates are beneath the display windows. A support pole sits in the tiled entry to the left of the doors. The transom is extant, but is covered with wood planking. An angled awning covers the full storefront.
This building is Item 60 on the District nomination.
