This is a one-story light brick building, constructed in 1940 in the Art Deco style. This building and the two-story building adjacent to the north are similar in style with extensive stone decorative embellishments. They are both occupied by Tumble Time Gymnaastics & Fitness Studio.
The upper wall has decorative stone plaques with chevron panels, and stacked brick pilasters that have stone capitals in a cross design. The use of brick patterning on this upper wall gives a very decorative appearance.
The awning described in the 2007 District nomination has been removed. The storefront consists of a double-door aluminum and glass entry located on an angled recess. A sidelight and overlight flank the doors. Large display windows are located left of the entry.
