This clock is atop the doorway of a small watch shop in central Hanoi. I did ascertain from the owner that it was an actual clock, not simply a decoration, but he also told me that the clock did not work. Sad.
The clock has a rather elegant style, uses Roman numerals for each hour, and is in gold and silver. The shop is opposite the picturesque tourist spot and recreation area of Lake Hoan Kiem.
