One of many very well preserved and maintained historical buildings in Yackandandah, this timber construction was completed around 1880 and has been a bakery ever since. The original Scotch oven is still in use. Note the splayed entrance, timber stallboard and stop chamfered verandah posts.

This bakery was eagerly sought out by many of the geocachers who had attended the GC3CVXW Flashing Up The Icons (FlashMob) Event By Gunnie69 in Yackandandah. I enjoyed a very nice Steak and Onion Pie.
