This is one of four different mosaic columns within Alumni Square on the University of North Florida (UNF) campus in Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

The mosaic was created by UNF Art and Design Associate Professor Nofa Dixon and the students in her Mosaic Project class. The mosaic was installed on one of the 24-foot tall columns in Alumni Square to help beautify some of the architectural columns on campus.
It's difficult to make out what the mosaic depicts because it wraps around the column and can't be viewed in a single field of vision. It appears to depict ocean life, which is appropriate given Jacksonville's location along the Atlantic coastline.
