This utility box was based on the painting done by Alfred Joyce. "Studio Interior and Still Life" was painted in his studio nearby in 1988. The colourful box shows a desk with coffee pot, coffee cup and lunch pail. The box was unveiled in 2007 by the Downtown Hamilton Business Improvement Area, Arts Hamilton and the City of Hamilton.
