A Corps of Engineers - U.S. Army survey mark with the station name "RICK", and dated 1996. Station is set into a low bedrock outcrop located about 20 feet northwest of the northwest corner of a rest area/parking lot on the west side of VT Route 30, overlooking the Townshend Dam Reservoir. Survey marker is a standard disk, with a small white painted dot painted off-center.
