This man-made waterfall on the northwest corner of the Pioneer Center for the Arts forms the origin of a blocks-long water feature along the east side of Main Street.

At the bottom of the waterfall is a sculpture of an irrigation tender at a sluice gate, representing man's taming of wild water and diverting it to productive uses in agriculture. The water feature then continues through man-made channels to the very center of St. George at Main and Tabernacle.
