The triangular wayside shrine was built in 1908 and it is located next the road, on the west end of village Chlumín. It has niches at each of the three sides and its roof seems to be made from concrete.

Trojúhelníková zdená boží muka byla postavena v roce 1908 a nachází se na západním okraji vesnice Chlumín, hned vedle silnice na Kralupy nad Vltavou. Na každé ze trí stran je nika a vršek kaple (božích much) se zdá být z betonu.
