"Shades of Green Resort - Golf Clubhouse" Waymark

Long Description:
Shades of Green was the original Disney Resort. It is now owned by the Department of Defense, and is a first class resort. A golf clubhouse now stands right next to the resort.

Enter the clubhouse parking lot. On a driveway that goes between the clubhouse and the back of the resort is the benchmark near the end of a wall.

Thanks to Patty Winter for helping me make this waymark, and thanks to Nick Enicks for corrected coordinates and a location photo.

This is the first Waymark at the Shades of Green. A new location category had to be created for it.

Visit Instructions:


We require one photo to prove that you visited a Walt Disney World benchmark waymark. Many of the marks are identical, so please submit a location photo rather than a closeup. It needs to clearly show the marker with enough surrounding area that we can tell which part of the park, hotel, etc. you were in.

If the benchmark is difficult to see in the photo, please use a simple photo-editing program to add a circle or arrow for the mark's location.
