I was unable to read the name, numerous attempts and different lighting, just cannot make it out. The St. Raphael cemetery is named for Raphael of Luxemburg, who came and established French Posts and missions among the local Indians. The cemetery has been moved due to the Mississippi River changed courses before the Levee system was built. There is a Former Governor of Louisiana buried in this cemetery also.
