This is a concrete grave monument pedestal column with sundial base on top with bronze sundial metal works.
It is a very nice tribute to thes people buried in the historic Warrenton cemetery located in Warrenton, Virginia. The cemetery is open from dusk till dawn daily. Many historic figures are buried here.
The sundial inscription says:
May light perpetual shine upon them.
I count none but sunny hours. Numbers are in Roman numeral style and a direction indicator present.
Please observe all respect when visiting this sundial/grave monument. Some of the incription on the column was hard to read due to mold deposits
